Job Description

Key account manager ensures that the client's needs and expectations are met by the business. The Key Account Managers are responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with significant clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Customer relationship extender and manager: From Customer relationship planning, Customer relationship establishment to Customer Relationship Management, able to identify and break through key people, establish a three-dimensional Customer relationship, and form a strong support for achieving market goals;

  • The leader of the sales project: able to lead the project team, deeply understand customer needs and market environment, seize customer pain points, plan and formulate sales strategies and solutions that match the company's development, and implement them.

  • The controller of the whole process transaction quality: Conduct full-process management of sales projects, lead project negotiations, coordinate front, middle, and back-end cooperation, strictly control the quality of contract signing, delivery performance, etc., and supervise the implementation of payment collection and other work, responsible for customer success and satisfaction.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major is not limited, more than five years of work experience, English can be used as the working language;

  •  Sales experience and Customer relationship building ability in To B industry, especially Customer relationship development and building experience in Ethiopia is preferred (ZTE/Huawei customer experience is preferred);

  • Have served as the leader of sales projects, with strong internal communication and coordination skills, and experience in coordinating resources and independently operating project expansion tasks;

  • Possessing strong market analysis skills and interpersonal understanding, able to deeply understand customer pain points and needs, successfully handle differences between customer needs and internal requirements, and sign high-quality contracts.
