The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible forams to enhance the skills and knowledge of professional talents within our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assess & identify current and future skill requirements with responsible managers and resourcing practical solutions.

• Implement engaging and blended Learning Solutions: Contribute to the development of high-quality, engaging learning experiences and implement various learning methods, (digital, face-to-face, social collaborative learning, mentoring, etc.)

• Provide value-adding advice and guidance to the business on Learning and Development activity

• Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to end users evaluating the effectiveness of development plans and preparing reports for management.

• Day-to-day, efficient administration of training workshops and programs for the business within agreed time frames and maximizing the use of resources.

• Keep the training database and tools up to date

• Continually research and appraise new technologies and platforms to enhance the eLearning capabilities.

• Liaise with external partners providing services and monitor the performance.

Job Requirements

• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.

• 2 years of experience in a related area

• Experience in project management

• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

• Strong facilitation skills

• Ability to engage at all levels when delivering training

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to organize and prioritize effectively

• Knowledge of up-to-date Learning and Development initiatives and trends in the marketplace
