Support in receiving and responding to inquiries
Assist with visitors and ensure work areas are organized in a professional manner

The must-have
Diploma/Level IV or above in Secretarial Science and Office Management
years of experience in a similar position
Has experience in private school is advantageous
Strong Microsoft Office computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook; intermediate experience with databases
