Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in development of short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing and communications program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance
Develop various proposals which enables to enhance the bank’s brand and overall growth by creating favorable team spirit
Create and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications program that will enhance the Bank’s image and position within the market and the general public and measure the success of each implemented program;
Identify and implement systematic workflows to ensure timely delivery of marketing services
Carry out the execution of promotional campaigns on our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram etc.)
Job Requirement
Education : MSC, MA, BSC, BA in Economics, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, Accounting & Finance or related field.
Experience: 5 years of experience in relevant position preferable in the banking industry of which 2 years as Marketing Officer.
