• The Junior Enterprise System Administration Support Officer is responsible for assisting in the integration of various software applications, systems, and technologies to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across different work units of the Bank. In addition, the role holder is responsible for providing support to end users on system-related issues. 

Job Requirements

Academic & Professional Qualification

•  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field           

     Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant experience

•  Understanding of programming language JAVA, HTML/XML.

•  Technical skills to effectively perform system administration, systems analysis, business needs analysis, troubleshooting and deliver structured solutions in a manner that consistently produces a high quality of service.

•  Project management skills.
