• Senior Enterprise System Administration Support Officer is responsible for providing support in the integration of various software applications, systems, and technologies to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across different work units of the Bank. In addition, the role holder is responsible for providing support to end users on system-related issues. 

Job Requirements

Academic & Professional Qualification

•  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field               

•  Professional ICT qualifications like JAVA, Web Logic, Web Sphere, SQL, PLSQL, UNIX, MCSE is an added advantage

• Experience

5-8 years of relevant experience

•  Technical skills to effectively perform system administration, systems analysis, business needs analysis, troubleshooting and deliver structured solutions in a manner that consistently produces a high quality of service.

•  Project management skills.
