G2G IT SOLUTION is looking for a very energetic, dynamic, and confident sales manager to manage the broadband internet service and tele birr sales of the company.

Core responsibilities of the Sales Manager are:

• Setting a targeted plan and ensuring achievement of forecasted/agreed sales volume and value objectives Ensures achievement of daily, weekly and monthly sales targets 

• Coaching trains and motivates sales team to achieve and exceed sales 

• Developing, proposing and applying incentive schemes for direct and indirect sales staffs so as to motivate the team 

• Prepares sales action   plans and strategies to meet personal and sales team targets.

• Responsible in organizing sales staff work schedules and its execution accordingly.

• Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of the sales team engaged in promoting and selling services.

• Gathering relevant competitive information to  aid management decisions.

• Organizing and conducting sales campaigns so as to create visibility of the company and generate sales leads.

• Ensuring good  relationship with existing and new customers as well as internal and external stakeholders.

• Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and analyzing their feedback for possible improvements  

• Have a proper understanding of the product and services provided by our company and using the knowledge for up-selling and cross-selling  

• Routine  daily/ weekly/ periodic reports on plans and performances of the team's activity.

•   At least a BA Degree in Sales & Marketing, or related Business fields

•  3 or 5 years of work experience in supervisory and managerial responsibilities respectively
