Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and sales performance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Lead, motivate, and develop store staff to achieve sales and performance goals.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Prepare and manage store budgets, expenses, and financial report.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
