Master’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement M&E plans in line with project goals and donor requirements. - Design data collection tools and systems for monitoring project outputs, outcomes, and impact. - Conduct baseline, midline, and endline surveys where required. - Coordinate and ensure the quality and consistency of data collected across sites.

PhD or Master's Degree in Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness and Value Chain Management, Economics, Public Policy, Development Economics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 6 years in the areas of leadership and policy analysis, involving agricultural inputs and/or private sector engagement in agriculture. Duties and Responsibilities: - Under direction of the Policy Study and Food Systems Director, oversee comprehensive assessments to inform agenda setting and identify priority issues within the agricultural sector, emphasizing the role of the private sector in agriculture and agricultural inputs. -Coordinate and participate in joint planning workshops with both public and private stakeholders focused on policy issues, ensuring that input supply chains are effectively integrated into policy dialogues.
