Kindergarten Principal (Director)

Required Number: 1

Kindergarten Principals (Directors) manage the day-to-day activities of a kindergarten or nursery school. They manage staff, make decisions concerning admissions and are responsible for meeting curriculum standards, which are age-appropriate for kindergarten students and facilitate social and behavioural development education. They also ensure the school meets the national education requirements set by law.

The must haves:

Education: Diploma or above in Kindergarten Education and BA in Educational Leadership, BA in Educational Psychology, Diploma/ BA in Early Childhood Education

Experience: Six (6) years and above as Kindergarten Principal

• For all positions private school experience is advantageous

• Strong Microsoft Office computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook; intermediate experience with databases.
