Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Customized Massage Therapy: Conduct various massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and other therapeutic modalities.

• Assess Client Needs: Consult with clients to understand their specific concerns, medical history, and desired outcomes to create personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain Cleanliness and Hygiene: Ensure that massage rooms, equipment, and linens are kept clean and sanitary at all times, following health and safety guidelines.

• Offer Professional Advice: Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and suggest appropriate self-care techniques and home exercises.

• Build Client Relationships: Foster a welcoming and relaxing environment, building trust and rapport with clients to encourage repeat visits and client referrals.

• Collaborate with Team: Work alongside other wellness professionals to provide a holistic approach to client care, participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive work environment.

• Stay Updated: Continuously enhance skills and knowledge through professional development and stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in massage therapy.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid certification or license in massage therapy from a recognized institution.

• At least 1 year and above experience in massage therapy, preferably in a spa or wellness setting.

• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, understanding their needs and providing clear guidance.
