Cassiopeia Hotel is a four-star hotel in the heart of bole sub city. Our hotel has 119 spacious rooms, four meeting halls and one board meeting hall, one stylish open restaurant, gym. Duties and Responsibiltes:

• Manages, coordinates, and executes sales activities, sales talent, and maintaining client relationships

• Taking part in sales strategy, execution, and results

• Develops and manages sales pipelines with prospective clients

• Serve as client liaison to ensure timely response to customer needs

• Builds positive relationships with clients and employees

• Provide good ideas and support to Sales executives and S&M Manager

• Develops and implements sales performance metric systems

• Meets and exceeds sales objectives

• Drives consistently over quota

• Develops, implements, and maintains sales communication strategies

• Liaise with and advise sales opportunities

• Analyzes and interprets competitive data alongside with the S&M Manager

• Integrates and adjusts sales strategy to market conditions and client needs under the supervision of S&M Manager

• Develops operational standards and monitors productivity to ensure sales goals and budgets are met

• Participates in recruiting efforts in absence of S&M Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead outbound sales calls to potential clients and prospects

• Own the sales process from initial lead identification through final client attainment

• Track sales leads in Salesforce, and view key sales information on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

• Generate monthly reports on sales activities and forecast sales goals

• Make outbound calls, track results, and log call activities in Salesforce

• Present demos and pitch solutions during in-person visits, and follow up after meetings with prospects

• Ensure all projects meet or exceed sales objectives and budgets

Job Requirements

Qualifications, Requirements and Skills:

• Degree in Marketing or other related fields of study from recognized University/College

• 2+ years’ experience in in similar position

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and part of a team

• Must be organized and possess the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

• Growth-minded and self-driven

• Fluent in spoken & written English, additional language skill is advantageous
