Job Description
Cassiopeia Hotel is a four-star hotel in the heart of bole sub city. Our hotel has 119 spacious rooms, four meeting halls and one board meeting hall, one stylish open restaurant, gym. It has also one elegant lobby bar plus coffee bar to provide for both external and in-house guests. Furthermore, our hotel is a 1 kilometer away from bole international airport. We would like to invite young people who are enthusiasm, energetic and vibrant hotel professionals to join us who have more energy, synergy, commitment, willingness for the post of listed positions who can fulfill the requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Striving for the achievement of hotel goals.
Generating leads and reaching out to Potential accounts.
Contacting customers and potential customers over calls, emails, and
even in person.Handling and resolving client queries and complaints.
Preparing, and drafting proposals and quotes.
Carrying on the sales process using the particular sales software.
Creating and maintaining customer relationship management data.
Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Taking part in team meetings.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
BA degree from recognized university in Marketing management or related field studies
At Least 1-2 year of experience in sales in 4 or five star hotels
Exceptional sales and customer service skills
Brilliant presentation skills
Skilled at negotiation and problem-solving
Strong communicator, both verbal and written
Experience in hotel sales and proficiency in English language
Additional language proficiency is an advantage
