Job Description
Customer relation officer is responsible to reporting IFB Manager, Customer Relationship Division, the Principal CRO is in charge of carrying out the IFB SME, Retail, and Corporate Banking activities. This entails converting the business plans of the IFB department into pertinent strategies for acquiring new customers, retaining the existing, setting growth objectives, routinely assessing performance, and providing the necessary resources to enable capacity to meet those objectives as effectively as possible. In order to attain and maintain competitive positioning in the selected market sector, the IFB Principal CRO is actively involved in the ongoing improvement of the breadth and depth of product lines for the IFB Department & Zemen Bank policy and procedure. He or she approaches potential clients, obtains their applications, arranges for the appraisal of the property offered as security, and follows up on funding.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
At least 5 years relevant (IFB) experience with 1 years as Senior Officer as a Professional/Expert
