Job Description
The Spare part clerk is responsible to include receiving materials and parts into the facility, maintaining inventory records, and dispensing the parts and materials to other workers in the company. A parts clerk must transact materials into the company database when receiving parts into the company. Parts clerks also record materials and parts out of the system when they are transferred to a production area.
Ensure that all technical work is carried out in a safe way.
Organize the warehouse, workplace and documentation according to the 5S standards.
Maintain stores management. (Inventory coding, physical layout, work preparation rooms, order tracking system, Stores reporting
Organize identification of non-movers and obsolete spares.
Execute spares issuing-receiving procedure.
Ensure timely and correct deliveries, to update and take action in the event of deviations.
Any activity assigned by the supervisor
Register spare part using SAP/ERP system
Position: Office of Maintenance Department
Reports to: Spare Part Team Leader
Academic requirement: BA/ diploma preferably in Supply chain & logistics or in any other field
Work experience: 2/4years of relevant experience
Additional Competencies:
Problem solving, decision making & judgment skill
Strong attention to detail with paperwork and all processing.
Computer literate.
Teamwork
Must have a strong ability to multi-task.
Must be detail-oriented
