Supply Chain: Engineering/Maintenance

JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Monitor the site planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize the use of Maintenance Technicians and minimize downtime.

• Make sure data are recorded and stored properly both for maintenance management and spare part management system

• Ensure all materials have a material code on SAP, and make sure each & every material ordered, received, and issued the material code is used

• Lead the site UMS PM pillar

• Support Spare Parts Storekeeper where job responsibilities permit (e.g., by managing inventory, setting reorder points)

• Lead the company CMMS programme

• Make sure the machine ledger, maintenance calendar, and standard maintenance procedures are available on all plants

• Communicate with local/international suppliers and order parts accordingly

• Work together with Finance and Logistics team to ensure suppliers are paid and items are delivered on time

• Follow up and control R&M costs every week

• Implementation of PM Spare part management

• Ensure workshop items are delivered on time and with the required quality.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

• B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering

• Previous processing & packing manufacturing experience is highly appreciated.

• Experience with database and spreadsheet software

• Must have 3 – 5 years manufacturing experience

• Expertise in working with engineering and computer-assisted design software
