GeezJobs' Recruitment Department is on the lookout for an outstanding Project Manager to join our client's dynamic and newly establishing financial technology Company.
Position Summary
As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat promptly and courteously.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers to help them make informed decisions.
Identify and resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and solutions, and escalating complex issues to supervisors as needed.
Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and managing account information.
Update and maintain customer information in the company's CRM system accurately and efficiently.
Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-call resolution rates.
Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
Keep up-to-date with company policies, product updates, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
A diploma or above is required.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using CRM software and other computer applications.
