Dafa soap and detergent manufacturing plc is launching it’s Future Leadership Trainee  Programme and is currently seeking for a future leadership trainee to participate in the training programme . The program combines a serious of rotations in various departments and training opportunities , to prepare you for the leadership role in the area that maximizes your strengths and aspirations. Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering, and related fields, fresh graduates( 2023/2024 graduates only). with a good CGPA.

• Age under 28 years old

• Must be fluent in English and Afaan Oromo including listening, speaking and writing, and be able to accurately translate one language into another

• Must live around furi and sebeta kebele 08.

• Experience 0 year/fresh graduate.

Qualifications

• Good organizational and time management skillls

• Self motivated and goal oriented

• Ability to function within a team environment.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
