Job Description
Chemonics International seeks experienced professionals for the USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program - Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) project. GHSC-PSM in Ethiopia will serve as vehicle through which USAID will procure and furnish health commodities, provide technical assistance to improve the country’s management of health supply chain and pharmacy service activities, and collaborate with key international stakeholders to support global and local health initiatives.
The objective of this assignment is to collect data as per the questionnaire/checklist used for the assessment to evaluate the outcomes of the project in the pilot sites

Job Requirements
Has more than five years of professional experiences, experience in data collection is an asset.
Has Bachelor’s degree in the field of health, preferably pharmacy.
Experiences on the Ethiopian health supply chain system including cold chain management.
Location of Assignment
This assessment will be conducted in two woredas from each zone and five health centers from each woredas
Supervision
The data collector will report to GHSC-PSM technical team/ consultant
