Job Description
Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of required compliance training by monitoring training sessions and proper filing of documentation before, during, and after training delivered.
To preserve the company’s integrity by making sure it stays on a lawful and ethical course.
The Training Officer is to monitor and facilitate knowledge acquisition and reporting on the effectiveness of the program and interventions in accomplishing the long-term skills developmental goals/ objectives of the Compliance program.
Monitor the fulfillment of required documents before, during, and after training delivered (i.e., proper filing and documentation).
Identify compliance issues and necessary training. Create reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
Provides a monthly and quarterly training report to the Local Ethics Committee
Perform periodic audits on company procedures and processes.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager
The position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business management, Legal studies, Business administration, Project management, or a similar field of study.
Additional certifications in the field of compliance and administration are a bonus.
Experience
2 years of experience in a professional setting, particularly in the realm of compliance.
