Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparation of project-related invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets and financial models, ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives.
• Prepare profitability analysis and properly understand project contracts.
• Help enhance project finance.
• Manage project finances effectively.
• Collect project payment as per the agreed terms and conditions.
• Facilitate Forex approval and obtain import permit.
• Handle supplier's payment and record the transaction on the SCM.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by sharing knowledge, assisting and fostering teamwork.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial information is available
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year proven experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Adaptable to change and committed to continuous learning and improvement
• Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
