Enterprise System Administration Support Officer

Job Summary 

• Enterprise System Administration Support Officer is responsible for providing support in the integration of various software applications, systems and technologies to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across different work units of the Bank. In addition, the role holder is responsible for providing support to end users on system related issues.

Job Requirements

Academic & Professional Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field 

 Experience

• Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience

Required Technical Competency

• Knowledge and experience in application development and deployments.

• Knowledge in systems analysis, design, implementation, Deployment and support

• Proven knowledge of banking operations, operations in business units and business impact analysis.

• Working knowledge of programming language JAVA, HTML/XML.

• Technical skills to effectively perform system administration, systems analysis, business needs analysis, troubleshooting and deliver structured solutions in a manner that consistently produces a high quality of service.

• Project management skills.
