Consolidation of Budget, Preparation of management report, Oversee the implementation of the company’s policy and procedure related to revenue, sales and marketing operations of the company.

Key outputs and accountabilities

• Responsible for the preparation of budgetary P&L, statement of financial position, cash flows and related notes to the a/c.

• Responsible for the on-time preparation of periodic and on demand management report of the company.

•  Responsible to conduct Value chain analysis by region, by channel, by territory, distributor etc.

• Responsible to prepare and update periodic CAPEX tracker.

• Review and confirm the payment request and advance settlement related to sales and marketing activities including freight charge payments.

• Follow up and maintain distribution of commercial assets (such as. Cooler) & POSM management

• Review and prepare monthly and annual accrual JE related to PPR/TPR, BTL POS materials and other sales and marketing expenditure.

•  Follow up and control OPEX expenditures based on cost center report.

• Responsible for the on-time preparation of transportation analysis, variance analysis, PV – Mix, variance analysis.

• Monitor Credit Exposure with Customers

• Monitor Credit Exposure with Truck Turn around.

• Consulting with the management team to develop long-term commercial plans.

• Responsible for obtaining Monthly customer statement of Account per customer and ensure customer confirmation.

•  Ensure RPM security coverage is 100% for each distributor and report on expiry date of Securities (PDCs) to S&D department daily.

• Manage in premises and out of premises RPM balance monthly

• Perform RPM reconciliation with the distributors, let them sign file.

• Never disclose any financial and non-financial information without the approval of person in charge.

 Job Requirements

• BA degree in accounting and finance

• Have +5 years of previous experience in similar industry in similar role.

• Knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS)Ability to work with minimum supervision in a team - oriented environment.

• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.

• Ability to maintain work priorities in an environment with multiple concurrent tasks and projects.

• Strong organizational and stress management skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
