Real Estate Competitive Research analyst is responsible to perform a comprehensive analysis of the real estate market to provide strategic recommendations. The role involves understanding market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends to support specific decision-making processes. The major activities are as follows.

• Conduct a one-time comprehensive research study on real estate market trends, including pricing, supply and demand dynamics, and emerging market opportunities.

• Analize competitor activities, including market positioning, pricing strategies, marketing efforts, and product offerings.

• Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on research findings.

• Provide a final report with findings and recommendations to support strategic planning.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in conducting competitive research and market analysis.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Proficiency in analytical tools and software.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
