Shining Stone International Business Plc is private business Company that is engaged in the Real Estate, Specialized Foundation, Road Marking Construction and Chemical Manufacturing. Our Company is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Human Resources Officer  

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To Hire skilled and competent employee as per labor demand of the Company

  • To Filling positions with competent and devoted employees using internal and external Sources

  • To Keep records of necessary statistical information relating to HR and communicate them timely to internal concerned bodies

  • To create better job security, conductive working environment & awareness on work safety & health.

  • To Proper Handling the HR documentation system and the like employee’s personal files, annual leaves, discipline records Etc. 

  • Ensures timely review of employees Performance Report.

  • Attendance of Employees is monitor in a Modern way, Identify Absent employees and report.

  • Draft various Outgoing letter, prepare response to income letter that requires a response.

  • Prioritize training preparation activities; prepare a training survey report to identify the gap capacity of employees.

  • To keep Meeting Minutes

  • To conduct recruitment, arrange interview programs. 

Job Requirements

  • MBA/BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, law and Related Field of study.

  • Work Experiences: - 2/4 years and above, from these at least 1/2 years in Similar positions.

Technical Competency  

  • Track record in organization preferably in Construction industry

  • Excellent knowledge of labor law

  • Basic Computer Skill
