• Support the planning, coordination, follow-up, report, collect data; supervise facilitators, train teachers, communicate with stakeholders, and targets, and execute assignments from the Zone and coordination office.

 Specific Job Description 

• Assist in the planning and coordination of the Development Expertise Center role concerning education,

• Supervises the effective management and use of physical and financial resources in schools.

• Ensure all documentation on reported cases and referrals made are updated, accurate, organized, and well-maintained information 

• Supervises effective health and safety standards in schools.

• Ensure effective monitoring of and reporting on the education response.

• Undertake direct dialogue with Responsible bodies on the implementation of the project.

• Engage in promoting and fostering partnerships/collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Strengthen communication with  partners, communities, and other stakeholders for the success of the project and program as well as  for organization  visibility future 

• Accomplish tasks and deliver added related, organizational, and urgent tasks directed by immediate supervisor.

 Additional Skill 

• Fluent in English languages, Writing, and speaking skills in additional local languages are a plus ;

• Good communication skills in teamwork team mobilizations and partnership management;

• Experience in facilitating assessments, best practice capturing, and working with communities

• Ability to conduct training and track progress;

• Innovative, enthusiastic, and a strong team player ;

• Good report writing, use of technology application skills ;

• Advanced PC skills, particularly knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel as well as other financial software packages.

Qualification and Experience

• BA/BED in education / EDPM

• 5 years of direct experience
