Duties & Responsibilities:

• Test and analyze raw materials and admixture samples.

• Collaborate with Cement Engineers on admixture development and process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and document test results.

• Follow safety protocols and use analytical skills for data interpretation.

• Work effectively with the team, manage time efficiently, and use Microsoft Office.

• Perform duties across various shifts and learn new testing methods.

• Maintain quality through sampling and analysis; 

• Adjust formulations and mix designs as needed.

• Provide technical support and guidance to clients.

• Assign and work on additional tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

• BSc. in Engineering, Construction Technology or a related field

• 4-6 years of experience, particularly in concrete testing, materials testing, or quality control in a batching plant, is strongly preferred
