Job Description

The job holder is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Bank’s capital market project, from initial planning to completion. He/she will collaborate closely with the capital market team, consultant, and various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. He/ she will also ensure the seamless integration of the new capital markets capabilities within the Bank’s existing operations.

Job Requirements

Qualification & Experience:

  • BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Project Management & Economics plus a minimum of ten (10) years experience with at least three (3) years in a supervisory position.

  • A Master’s degree (added advantage).

Place of Work: Addis Ababa (V.No HO/00941/24)

Term of Employment: Permanent
