Job Description
The job holder is responsible for providing leadership for digital banking operations within the Bank. S/he effectively partners with the business through responsive Cards, ATMs, and POS support. The job holder institutes and ensures the operating effectiveness of channel services and oversees reconciling all receivables and payables accounts for transactions. S/he oversees the bank's management of ATMs and POS and communicates related vendor services and support. The job holder will identify, develop, deploy, and retain staff within the Directorate through effective performance management.
Job Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
MSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields plus a minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant experience in the banking industry, five (5) years in managerial positions with proven track records in Digital Channel, IT Security Development, and Project Management.
