Supply Chain Engineering: Maintenance

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance activities in Personal care and Home care plants to maximize the use of Maintenance Technicians and minimize downtime.

• Make sure data are recorded and stored properly both for maintenance management and spare part management system

• Ensure spare parts, technicians and SMP are available for maintenance activities

• Make sure the machine ledger, maintenance calendar, and standard maintenance procedures are available for home care and personal care plant

• Follow up and control HC and PC R&M costs every week

• Engineering KPI collection and analysis

• Spare parts consumption rate control

• Work in maintenance excellence initiatives in HC and PC

Job Requirement

Experiences & Qualifications

• B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, OR Electrical Engineering

• Previous processing & packing manufacturing experience is highly appreciated.

• Experience with database and spreadsheet software

• Expertise in working with engineering and computer-assisted design software

Skills

• Proven analytical and critical-solving skills.

• Teamwork and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong technical writing ability

• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems
