Job Description

Under the direct supervision of Head- HR services, HR specialist is responsible to handle HR Operational activities which includes manage and update HR database & personnel files, manage employment contract, staff development, performance management etc

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare/revise department and corporate organization structure in coordination with user and GMO in line with the strategy.

  • Follow up JD & JS preparation and review in line with the standard.

  • Make sure new positions have Job grade & Salary scale 

  • Monitor placement, alignment, promotion of staffs to the structure

  • Organizational ability 

  • Communication skill 

  • Writing skill

Talent Acquisition

  • Organize the recruitment and selection processes in the company and ensure talented candidates who fit the job requirement are recruited. It supporting hiring managers in designing clear and high-quality job descriptions that could attract right applicants from the pool; posting job adverts on the right media, leading the setting of screening/selection criteria, making fair & merit-based selection decision.;

  • Ensure the competency-based interviewing is implemented during screening while giving support to the hiring mangers

  • Develops potential candidates/applicants’ roster/database to pull best candidates on timely manner;

  •  Participate in identifying professional sourcing partners and establish working frameworks with the best source; • Ensure employment contracts, starting dates and other onboarding materials to new joiners are prepared on time,

  • Ensure employment IT accounts and resources are prepared on time

  • Hands on experience of

  • end-to-end recruitment

  • processes;

Job Requirements

  • BA Degree in Human Resources Management/ Management/Business Administration/Psychology or other related fields of study with a minimum 5/6years’ experience respectively is in recruitment, staff performance management, training and development, and/or other related activities out of which two years in senior or equivalent capacity
