Job Description

To supervise and manage the statutory trial balance, ensuring accurate handling of accruals, estimates, intercompany transactions, and payroll posting. Additionally, oversee the AGILE pool of associates and support their development. 

Main Responsibilities: 

• Manage accrual accounts and ensure accuracy. 

• Follow up on accruals, advances, and down payments. 

• Clear outstanding items with business owners. 

• Process payroll entries and address issues with People & Culture. 

• Perform intercompany reconciliation and liaise with global partners. 

• Ensure accurate profit center splits. 

• Allocate AGILE associates efficiently and support their development.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in finance. 

  •  Over 3 years’ experience in FMCG Finance Management with regional or global reporting. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. 

  • ACCA or Chartered Accountancy Qualification preferred.

  • Excellent Excel proficiency. 

  • Experience with Microsoft Navision. 

  • Basic knowledge of SAP 

  • Excellent English communication skill both written and verbal
