Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, integration and deployment of contact center platforms and technologies
Administer and provide hands-on support for Huawei IPCC, servers, storage and call control platforms
Develop IVR workflows and agent desktop applications in Huawei environments
Integrate contact center systems with CRM, database, voice logging and other third-party applications
Configure and support integrations with quality management and workforce optimization tools
Troubleshoot issues independently and provide L1 support
Ensure all applications are functioning properly and issues are resolved in a timely manner
Effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Work flexibly including evenings and weekends as needed for maintenance
This is a hands-on technical role focused on deploying, integrating and supporting mission critical contact center infrastructure and applications.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
5+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying and supporting contact center systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desire and ability to continuously learn new technologies
