Job Description
Responsibilities:
Design, implement and support VAS platforms and services
Develop and maintain API/interface integrations between VAS and core systems
Manage high-volume VAS traffic, SLA monitoring and capacity planning
Troubleshoot technical issues on infrastructure, network elements or interfaces
Provide Level 1 & 2 support and escalation management
Communicate VAS changes, impacts and outages to stakeholders
Evaluate new technologies and develop recommendations
Share technical expertise through documentation and knowledge transfer
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
5+ years industry experience in VAS technologies like SMS, USSD, VMS, CRBT
Hands-on experience deploying, integrating and supporting VAS servers
Knowledge of VAS protocols, integration interfaces and network elements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desire to continuously expand knowledge of emerging VAS solutions
