Job Description
The Temporary Data Cleanser will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our data for a specific project. This is a temporary position to assist with a specific data cleansing project.
Duties and Responsibilities
Review and analyze large datasets for inconsistencies, errors, and duplicates.
Identify and correct data quality issues, such as missing information, incorrect formats, and invalid values.
Standardize data formats and ensure consistency across projects data sources.
Create and maintain data cleansing documentation and reports.
Collaborate with data analysts and other team members to identify data requirements and improve data quality processes.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, and other statistical and BI tools).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data cleansing and data quality improvement projects.
Knowledge of data validation and scrubbing techniques.
