Job Description

Our Recruitment Department is seeking an energetic and driven HR Manager to join a leading Chinese plastic manufacturing company in Ethiopia.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new employees, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.

  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting open communication between management and staff.

  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, providing guidance and support to managers in setting objectives and evaluating employee performance.

  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career development, ensuring the workforce is equipped to meet company goals.

  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures.

  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage the company’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable packages that align with industry standards.

  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal information.

  • HR Strategy: Work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s business objectives.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Management preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.

  • Place of Work: Around Sheno in the Company Compound (service will provided)
