Job Summary:
Our Client is looking for a dynamic and resourceful Customer Service Representative who will also take on social media marketing responsibilities. This dual-role position is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective handling of complaints and inquiries, while also enhancing our online presence and engagement through various social media platforms.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Provide information about our dry cleaning services, pricing, and promotions to clients.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service processes and overall customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and gather feedback.
Social Media Marketing Duties:
Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to promote our services and engage with customers.
Create engaging content, including graphics and posts, for platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and comments, responding promptly and professionally.
Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service, with a strong focus on communication and problem-solving.
Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation; experience with tools like Canva.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with customer service software.
