Job Description
Accurately process collection by checking source document, including cash, credit.
Accurately process payments, including cash, credit, maintaining petty cash
Issue receipts and invoices to customer.
Maintain cash register machine
Reconcile daily transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist patients with billing inquiries and explain payment options.
Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.
Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
Manage the day-to-day petty cash activities.
Prepare bank payment voucher and follow up on bank balance
Operate cash registers and other point-of-sale equipment.
Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
Education and Experience
level 4 or BA in accounting or related filed
Four or two years of experience respectively
Skills:
Knowledge of cash register machine
Basic understanding of computer skills Excel and MS Word
Good knowledge of communication and cash management practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
