Job Description
Under the direction of the Senior Accountant:
Provides financial and accounting support to executives and department managers.
Oversees and analyzes cost expenditures and purchases within the company. Reviews services and goods, records data, and makes recommendations about cost-efficient and financially feasible cost options.
Make sure that the finances of the company runs smoothly, focusing on developing and maintaining adequate budgets, including costs associated with operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains the cost accounting system, documents, and finance related records of the company.
Collects and analyzes data about the company’s operational costs.
Establishes costs of the company’s business processes such as production, administration, labor, etc.
Prepares internal cost audits, analyzes and recommends cost savings.
Analyzes any changes in goods or services provided in order to determine what effect it has on the cost.
Analyzes manufacturing costs and prepares regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
Provides management with reports that specify and compare factors that affect prices and profitability of products or services.
Conducts physical inventories and monitors the cycle count program.
Recommends changes to the company’s processes and policies to reduce cost and maximize profit.
Performs other related activities as assigned by the Depart Manager

Job Requirements
Qualification Requirements:
Education and Experience:
BA degree / Diploma in accounting and 4 / 6 years of relevant experience in accounting in business organizations.
Skills:
Strong in technical and operational skills in accounting. Proven experience in cost accounting works. Knowledge of accounting procedures. Logical reasoning. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Proficiency in computer skills. Report writing skills. Good written and verbal communication.
