Job Description
Under the direction of the Department Manager:
Plans, organizes, directs and coordinates the operations of the general accounts division.
Oversees the general accounting functions with a focus on ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial statements and reporting.
Prepares reports for the company leadership and develops standards and processes for proper financial management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages, organizes and coordinates the daily operations including but not limited to accounts payables and receivables, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll accounts, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, and reconciliations.
Collaborates with various internal and external units in the execution of the financial functions.
Monitors and analyzes accounting data and produces quarterly and annual financial reports and delivers to the appropriate authority.
Handles the company’s financial transactions and debts and prepares cash flow forecasts.
Establishes and maintains fiscal files and records to document transactions.
Maintains relationships with banks and other financial institutions to ensure that all financial needs are met.

Reports to: The Accounting & Finance Department Manager

Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
BA in Accounting
Experience:
6 years of relevant experience in accounting and have passed through senior accounting position in business organizations.
Skills:
Computer skills with proficiency in the use of financial software.
