Under the direction of the Procurement Division Head: 

• Develops plans for purchasing services and supplies. 

• Plays a vital role in securing high-quality and cost-efficient supplies. 

• Ensure that the company makes wise decisions in matters related to purchasing goods and materials. 

• Follow procurement procedures, maintains an updated list of current and incoming stock.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Oversees the company’s procurement policies and procedures.

• Prepares plans and manages for the purchase of goods and supplies needed for the company’s operation.

• Consider the quality of the goods and supplies along with the price.

• Creates and maintains relationships with vendors and suppliers.

• Negotiates pricing and supply contracts.

• Ensures that the products and supplies purchased meet quality standards.

• Maintains and updates a list of suppliers, purchase records and other relevant data.

• Looks for efficient vendors who can deliver high-quality products and negotiate for best prices.

• Ensures that every step or activity of the purchasing process follows the company’s policies and government regulations.

• Reviews, compares, analyze, and approve goods and supplies to be purchased. 

• Researches and evaluates prospective suppliers.

• Performs other business-related tasks under instruction from the division head.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

•  BA degree in Purchasing Management or Business Management and 4 years of relevant experience in business organization

Skills: 

• Strong in technical, Operational skills, Experience in procurement activities, Logical reasoning, Strong numerical, Analytical skills, Proficiency in computer skills, Good written and verbal communication and excellent negotiation skills.
