Job Description
Assist in composing letters, correspondences, memos, etc. for review and approval;
Assist in maintaining files of correspondences and other records;
Assist in locating and extracting information and materials from file;
Maintains office supplies and ensure proper usage;
Ensure that the telephone lines are working properly and follow up the timely maintenance of same when they are out of order;
Handle all outgoing correspondence and ensure its timely dispatch;
Maintain a registration book for all incoming correspondence and publications, sign for them, file-code them, and distribute them to the concerned;

Assist in document preparation, typing, printing, copying, binding, compiling and dispatching;
Maintain up-to-date telephone directory of the organization;
Assist the HR and Admin Unit in handling in dead personnel files;
Requirements:
Graduate with Bachelor Degree in Management, Business Administration, Secretarial Science and Office Management and other related fields graduated in the year 2023 & 2024 from recognized College/University
Additional requirements
Good communication skill both verbal and written
Open minded for strong knowledge and skills in computer application programs
Open minded for ability to work independently
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a team environment
