Project Coordination Business are responsible for setting the objectives of the business unit of a company, creating a plan for the operations, and facilitating the achievement of the objectives and implementation of the plan together with employees of the segment and stakeholders

Essential Function

• Analyzes and documents business requirements for software and system implementations.

• Analyzes existing business processes and identifies opportunities for improvement or optimization.

• Works closely with technical teams to ensure that the proposed solutions meet business requirements and deliver value.

• Acting as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

• Supports change management processes, including training and communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions

• Monitoring activities of project personnel to ensure project delivers on schedule and within budget.

• Ensuring project complies with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.

• Monitoring project progress and propose changes where necessary.

• Working with project team members throughout the project life cycle, and confer with project staff to outline work plan.

• Working with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements.

• Manages project risks and issues and implement mitigation plans.

• Ensures that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives.

• Carries out other duties as required

Job Requirement

BA/MBA in Management, Accounting, and other related fields with 5.5/3.5 years of experience in Business (Banking) of which 2+ years of experience in a project management officer role.
