Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares and signs legal notice Form to be served on Defaulters

• Prepares statement of claim and defense

• Represent the bank in loan litigation in hearing and investing before courts of law in its defense of suit against third parties, prepare a statement of appeal and open the file at the appellate court if a decision can be appealed, Institutes’ action for a bill of costs and execution

• follows up and facilitates the evaluation and auction of foreclosed properties

• Assumes responsibility of team leadership if various teams are established to accomplish different specific tasks, Supervises the performance of attorneys who are below the level of senior attorney by receiving instruction from the legal service manager

• Assists the Directorate in preparing periodic reports and prepare and submits periodic reports

• Assesses the performance of subordinates, and prepares and submits periodic report

Job Requirements

• LLB Degree

• 5 years of relevant experience.
