Apply the safety rules and propose enhancement.
Under the responsibility of the Supply Chain Manager, the Zonal Agri Coordinator is in charge of the development and the management of the local malt barley sourcing from the zones he/she is assigned.
Manage/coordinate the field advisors in the Zone to enable them to meet their objectives.
Regular visit to the woredas in order to assure that activities are being performed as planned.
Conduct regular field visits to the woredas to assure that field advisors are working according to the working process in place.
Liaise with the zonal officials on behalf of Boortmalt Ethiopia in order to develop good relationship and maximize the benefit of Boortmalt in his/her Zone.
Connect the head office and the zone he/she is assigned to convey/transmit information/resource effectively and efficiently.
Report to the Supply chain Manager regularly on the progress of the zone and the woredas.
Manage budget for better execution of activities at different level of the zones.
realize perfectly events that are planned throughout the season in collaboration with the stakeholders, field advisors and the HO.
Increasing collection efficiency by aiding FA & FAA during collection time.
Perform other activities as assigned by the Supply chain manager.
Bachelor's Degree in agronomy, plant science and other related subject.
4-5 years of experience in related area.
