Ethiopian Airlines Group would like to invite qualified applicants for its New Mega Hub Airport building project the capacity of Civil/Structural Engineer.

KEY COMPETENCIES

• # Oversee, review and manage the design and implementation of civil and structural works, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

• # Expertise in global standards (Eurocodes, ACI, AISC) and ICAO guidelines for airport infrastructure.

• Airport Infrastructure Experience: Proven track record in designing and managing large-scale airport projects, including runways, terminals, and hangars.

• # Proficiency in advanced structural analysis and design software (SAP2000, ETABS).

• # Strong knowledge of foundation design and soil-structure interaction.

• # Experience in eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient designs.

• # Skilled in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing construction activities.

• # Thorough understanding of aviation and structural safety standards.

• # Ability to optimize designs for cost, time, and performance.

• # Expertise in quality control and construction oversight.

• # Strong skills in BIM and other digital tools for integrated design and construction.

Job Requirements

• POSITION: CIVIL ENGINEER

• QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• BSC Degree in Civil Engineering field of study with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experiences, out of which 5 years in Airport.

LANGUAGE

Knowledge of ET working language English is mandatory.
