The Marketing and Communications Officer will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance the company’s visibility and engagement with jobseekers and employers. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, crafting and executing content marketing strategies, leveraging digital marketing tools, and analysing market trends to drive growth and brand recognition.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content strategies.

• Create and manage short and long-form content for various channels (owned — website, blog, email marketing, SEO, earned-PR, in-real-life events, paid media-social media ads, search ads, content syndication, media buys, etc).

• Create product-focused content (case studies, client stories, brochures).

• Assist in go-to-market strategies and BD enablement 

• Develop our thought leadership program 

• Identify opportunities to recycle, reuse, and repurpose content 

• Coordinate content for events and campaigns. 

• Analyse event feedback to improve strategies.

• Implement SEO best practices.

• Use analytics tools to track performance and adjust strategies.

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.

• Assist social media and community managers in coverage of in-real-life-events

• Manage logistics and distribution for events and BD sales calls.

• Provide support to ensure smooth marketing operations.

• Handle urgent requests, ad-hoc marketing tasks, and deadlines 

• Internal Communications and engagement provide support to ensure smooth marketing operations.

• Internal communication for all employees on behalf of departments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.

• Previous marketing support experience preferred.

• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
