Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management: Lead the branch school by setting strategic goals and ensuring the effective implementation of educational programs and school policies.

Academic Excellence: Oversee curriculum development and implementation, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning. Monitor and assess academic performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Staff Development: Recruit, mentor, and support teaching and administrative staff, promoting professional growth and ensuring high levels of performance and morale.

Operational Oversight: Manage daily school operations, including resource allocation, and facility management, ensuring a well-organized and efficient school environment.

Student and Parent Engagement: Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and the community, addressing concerns and ensuring a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.

Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards. Conduct regular evaluations to ensure the quality and effectiveness of educational programs and school practices.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Educational Requirement: A master’s degree in education, Educational Leadership, or a related field is required. A B.Ed. combined with significant leadership experience may also be considered.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership or management, with a proven track record of driving academic success and managing school operations.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a diverse team of educators and staff.

Strategic Planning: Experience in strategic planning, with the ability to set and achieve long-term goals and implement effective solutions to challenges.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, staff, parents, and the broader community.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and feedback to drive decision-making and improve school performance.
