We are seeking a proactive and skilled Pedagogy Center Officer to lead our Pedagogy Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the development of teaching aids and resources based on educational standards and teachers' requests, enhancing the overall teaching and learning 

experience within our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Direct and oversee the Pedagogy Center, ensuring alignment with the institution’s educational goals and strategies.

• Teaching Aids Development: Design, create, and prepare teaching aids and educational resources based on curriculum requirements and teachers' specific needs.

• Resource Management: Manage the acquisition, organization, and maintenance of teaching resources and materials, ensuring effective utilization.

• Teacher Support: Collaborate with teachers to identify their needs and provide tailored resources to support their instructional practices.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all teaching aids and resources meet educational standards and quality benchmarks, making necessary revisions and updates.

• Professional Development: Conduct workshops and training sessions for teachers on the use of pedagogical tools and resources.

• Monitoring and Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of teaching aids and resources, using feedback and data to make informed improvements.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirement: A bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Fine Arts, Woodwork, Steelwork, or a related field from a technical college is required.

• Experience: Relevant experience in creating educational resources, with a background in pedagogy or curriculum development preferred. Leadership or managerial experience is highly desirable.

• Expertise in Resource Creation: Proficiency in designing and developing teaching aids and educational materials.

• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management abilities, with a track record of motivating and guiding a team.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with teachers and stakeholders.

• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

• Analytical Skills: Capability to evaluate and improve teaching aids and resources based on data and feedback.
