Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, a B.Ed. with a focus on early childhood, or a related field is required.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in a Kindergarten or early childhood education setting in a private school is preferred.

• Teaching Excellence: Demonstrated ability to create a warm, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment that supports young children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Creativity and Innovation: Ability to develop and implement creative lesson plans that incorporate play- based learning, hands-on activities, and interactive learning experiences.

Classroom Management: Strong skills in managing a classroom with young learners, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and organized learning space.

Patience and Empathy: A caring and patient demeanor, with a genuine love for working with young children.

Professional Conduct: Candidates must uphold the highest standards of professionalism, including maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all students.
